I started the quest for managed services right after the birth of my first child. At that time a was looking for a remote access program and happen find Kaseya. We needed remote access to respond to our clients need of more uptime. The choices were very limited (siverback, n-able) but we saw the benefits of patching and alerting of K and never look back.
Fast forward to 2008 3 years later we now have a SLA base system with PSA (connectwise) and automated services.
I will be over the next few post try to explain how not start a MS and what little we did right on the way to 2008.
